Derek from DRC is a truly honest plumber. He stopped by to take a look at an issue I thought I had with my pipes, and instead of charging me for work I didn’t actually need, he let me know everything was fine and that his services weren’t required. Since that first visit, DRC has installed a new hot water heater and an ejector pump for me. Both jobs were completed professionally, efficiently, and without any problems. Highly recommend!

Thank you, DRC Plumbing. I'm just writing this now due to a basement clean-up project from a once in a 100-year thunderstorm dropped over 5 inches of rain a few weeks ago in just a few hours. Out of 17 plumbers, DRC was the only plumber that called back after both of our only 3-1/2 year old sump pumps temporarily failed after a massive rainstorm several weeks ago. They fit us in a few hours later to replace both pumps. There was no way that I could trust the old pumps again. THANKS AGAIN.

I have used the services of DRC Plumbing for more than five years, for quite a few projects from faucet replacements to hot water heater installment. They always answer or return calls promptly, set up appointments very quickly, and are good about notifying me about arrival times. Their work is well done, and I highly recommend DRC!

I had a sump pump failure in the evening. I called DRC and a human answered the phone and said he'd be out in about an hour. Arrived on time and did a wonderful job...often technicians or trainees are sent out on many home maintenance calls nowadays. Not DRC. His magnet is the only one on my fridge now. Sorry I didn't find them sooner.

Had a problem with 2 of our toilets clogging. DRC Plumbing came out the next day. Derek was very professional. He showed up on time and let me know when he was on his way. He took care of our clog very quickly and explained everything that he was doing. I would definitely use DRC plumbing in the future. Very happy with the work.

Had problems with my washing machine drain, drop sink drain and kitchen sink drain all backing up at once. Calle DRC Plumbing Sunday night and Derek gave me a call Monday morning and was able to come to my house Monday afternoon. Assessed problem and power rodded the drainpipes to clear the back-up material. Very happy with the work. Derek is a very polite, friendly and experienced plumber. I highly recommend DRC for any plumbing needs..

A big thank you to Derek & DRC for the great job provided in repairing and correcting all the drain problems under our kitchen sink. Leak found on Sat. night, found DRC on our phone Sun. morning & Derek was here on Mon. morning! Knew exactly what to do and had all necessary equipment/parts. We have had DRC do several jobs in our home from a sump pump to water valves and cartridges. Always great work and easily reachable. We would highly recommend Derek and the team at DRC for solid, dependable work.

Had an issue with a shower cartridge which resulted in us having to turn off all water in the house until fixed. Derek came out on a Sunday evening and saved the day. Thank you!!
