Phoned DRC in the late evening hours because our sump pump that went out. They came out to our residence within 45 min. and gave the price upfront. They replace our sump pump within minutes. The price was outstanding and they did a great job. The workers were very professional and friendly and I will continue to use them for all of our plumbing and sewer job. A couple of months ago our hot water heater went out in the late morning. I called a Plumbing/AC company we have used in the past and was told they couldn't help us for several days because they had a lot of AC calls. This was late April. Definitely not the AC weather. Oh, and by the way the price they quoted me for the repair was astronomical. I then Googled for plumbers in Oak Lawn and DRC came up as the first choice. I called them, and they told me they could be at my home in about 4 hours and replace the heater. They came, they saw, they replaced my damaged water heater as promised at a very reasonable price. This company is the best. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. It is hard to find good trustworthy contractors in this day and age. DRC Plumbing and Sewer is the real deal. I will use and recommend them all the time.
